These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from Enduring Crafts. By placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
1. Product Ordering and Specification
Customization: Furniture orders requiring customization are subject to the client’s final approval of design specifications, including material selections (wood species, metal finishes). Changes requested after production begins may incur additional fees and extend lead times.
Material Variation: Due to the use of natural materials (wood grain, figure, and color), slight variations from samples or images are inherent to handcrafted items and are not considered defects.
2. Payment, Cancellations, and Returns
Payment Terms: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin production on all custom furniture orders. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping.
Cancellation Policy: Custom furniture orders may be canceled within 5Â business days of placing the order for a full refund of the deposit. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable as materials will have been procured and production initiated.
Returns (Furniture): Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all custom and made-to-order furniture sales are final. Standard catalogue items may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in unused condition and the customer covers return shipping and a restocking fee.
Commemorative Piece Policy: Orders for commemorative pieces are treated with unique sensitivity. Due to the urgent and nature of these items, cancellations must be made immediately upon confirmation. Please consult directly with our representatives for detailed policies specific to these products.
3. Warranty
We offer a 3-years limited warranty against structural defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use and care. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, or damage from improper maintenance.
