Standard Curbside Delivery: The piece is delivered to your curb or driveway. Requires customer to manage placement inside the premises.
White Glove Delivery (Recommended): Includes professional placement within your room of choice, removal of packaging materials, and light assembly (if required).
Lead Times: Due to the custom nature of our work, lead times for furniture are typically 2 to 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Detailed estimates will be provided upon purchase.
Inspection & Acceptance: All items are fully insured. Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the piece before signing the delivery receipt. Any noticeable damage must be noted on the receipt immediately, and our team must be notified within 24 hours.
